Maintenance and testing
Our highly motivated, well driven, friendly team are on hand to offer a service that is as flexible as any one individual or corporation may require. Based in Marylebone, W1 and have the ability to be on site within the hour. We offer planned, preventative and day to day maintenance, currently working with the HdWE to support their needs. The knowledge gained through years of working in the area allow us to resolve issues in a timely and discreet manner. We can also provide full testing and issue certifications when required. We ensure that all works are compliant with the latest standards and regulations and always put the client first, endeavouring to complete the works in a discreet manner to cause minimum disruption.
Design
Chalfont have the capability to offer full in house design services to ensure the clients needs are met throughout. We pride ourselves on the quality and execution of our designs and continue to go above and beyond clients expectations. Chalfont have successfully Value Engineered numerous projects utilising a client focused approach to provide financial solutions without compromising on quality.
