A magnificent four-bedroom apartment located on Portland Place, Marylebone. The works included a full electrical installation to an extremely high standard by Chalfont. Chalfont provided design and installation of a whole home AV system consisting of a Control 4 platform, which integrated the control of the automatic Lutron blinds, lighting and AV system from touch screen pads, mounted at various points across the property.
