7 Bentinck Street, Marylebone
We recently completed the full electrical installation at 7 Bentinck Street, a major whole-building renovation in Marylebone. The property was transformed into a mixed-use space with a large commercial unit on – created by opening up the mews building at the rear – and two brand new luxury apartments above.
Our package covered every aspect of the electrical works, including:

New LV switchboard, sub mains and landlords’ distribution boards

Lighting and small power across common areas, commercial floors and apartments

Full fit-out of the two high-spec residential units, with feature lighting, underfloor heating supplies, kitchen, living and bedroom installations

Life safety systems including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control

Data and AV installations for both the commercial and residential spaces

Testing, commissioning and record drawings
